Initial Assessment – We offer a free telephone consultation with anyone considering counselling therapy with TCH, to discuss options and how they may feel about the process. Many people are nervous, worried and possibly frightened at the prospect and our counsellors will explain the process and answer any questions that you may have.
Our counsellors offer support on many different issues, including:
- Loss including bereavement
- Relationships
- Sex
- Loss self esteem
- Family
- Anger
- Stress
- Abuse
Session cost – Qualified counsellor – £50 per counselling hour.
Session cost –Counsellor in Training – £30 per counselling hour.
